Something I do to enjoy small moments is to let go of bad thoughts.Doing this makes the focus on problems go away.Doing this also allows me to get positive thoughts on future.This gives me a better feeling about my self.Something else would be spending time with my family.Being close with family also makes all the bad thoughts go away.Another thing on a busy day I put things aside that stress me out the most.Starting off with the easier things allows there to be peace.
