When I had barley joined a soccer team that is when I tested my strength.There was many things I had to keep up with when practicing or playing.When I would push myself to do something I would get really tired.Then I would start to prepare myself mentally.I began giving myself positive thoughts and strength.My mental strength would then help my physical strength.This would make it easier for me to practice or play soccer.This experience helped me realize that mental strength should come first.if you are not prepared mentally you will struggle physically.
