When I am in a mood that I don't like I choose to distract myself by doing something.This could include watching shows or going out for a walk.These things help clear your mindset away from bad thoughts.We might not realize the little things we do help.Especially being away from technology is very helpful.When we are in a bad mood we might see things online that can trigger that.Seeing the real world allows us to have a clear mind.
