 A outdoor experience I went through was walking up stone mountain.It was very challenging the first time but eventually you realize how good it is for you.When walking you get a feeling of relieve because in some away it brings peace to you.It is way for you get all the bad thoughts away.The more difficult it gets going up the more you try to push yourself so you can make it.I do believe it is a good way to help yourself mentally.I learned that you can find peace in the things you don't expect until you do it.This way when trying new things you have more of a open mind to it.

Today in class we began discussing the book Wild we will begin reading in class.
