February 23

 During the break I was able to regroup my self in a positive way.I was able to do this physically and mentally.I focused on any missing assignments I had for school as well as studying.There was a point where I did start getting behind but the break helped me catch up.I do feel like it helps everyone get a fresh start and have enough rest for the following week.Now I have began starting to going on runs as well.This has also helped by clearing my mind.Any struggles were cleared as if they weren't even there.
